This issue has been resolved. The correct status of the tests should reflect once the test is refreshed. If you see that the test hasn't been updated recently, you also have the option to initiate a manual refresh.

Investigating

Policy approval tests are currently returning incorrect results for policies whose approvals were imported from external sources. We are working on a fix and will post updates here as soon as they become available.
