Erroneous information in test names, descriptions, and remediation instructions

On Tuesday, we introduced a change that made it possible for users to see erroneous information in test names, descriptions, and remediation instructions. This erroneous information may also have been reflected in tasks and notifications sent from the Vanta platform.

On Wednesday, we implemented a fix for this issue and the issue should now be resolved.
