Customers may continue to see periods of elevated latency and occasional errors until services are fully restored.

We are experiencing degradation from the major outage affecting Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the US-East-1 region. Customer domains hosted in the US region remain degraded and are experiencing slowness and errors across the platform.

Our team is working closely with AWS and continuing efforts to stabilize the platform, but we expect customers to continue seeing periods of elevated latency and increased error rates until services are fully restored.
